Design your climate to increase their domesticity
The house combines a special form of planning that occurs in Vinaroz, and in some places along the coast of Castellón. The city has developed a compact and good planning based simultaneously on the calendar of the two main local seasons. There are two ways of life in one place. An organized around urban and formal, the other organized in a more informal environment and hedonistic.

In the center, build housing towers and horizontal city eliminates the diversity of prices in front of the sea, creating a development plan without streets and public spaces resulting from the intensive use of old roads now paved for vehicles. In this context, the hot season housing citizens Vinaroz or second homes inside the visitors, present a livable city with two different infrastructures.

In this system, the house is a large park in the steep terrain, a place from which to observe the landscape and includes home without clearly see the road is built. This is where the "good table" or the "pursuit of squid lamps" are designed as large-scale devices for interaction with the playground. Upstairs at two different heights covers the playground to connect with the most private activities. the reality exceeds both in a continuous environment and unlimited. Eat arrives and sleep on the couch. reading is performed in the garden and you can swim in front of the building.

A Mediterranean World Building
What is a house shingles "whole" if and corrugated plastic? Thousands of people live below the basic umbrella. But this system can be very casual or more sophisticated and effective. The resort is also home without a house without a place, a Mediterranean-style device. Implementation: a standardized and modulated system, custom made for the specific needs of this house. Built from the inside, with dual cellular polycarbonate walls simple corrugated polycarbonate filters, metal lock tiles, different glasses according to the contiguity of the climate of each side. Agro-textiles dissipate or radiation accumulate. An open house and closed simultaneously.

The time is set to spontaneous space. In cities, public spaces and in homes.
