Now I like to divide my closet personally, into three separate sections.

Create (most wears) section
it starts with my grab and go basics.
Now grab and go basics are those things that you can wear every day. like ( t-shirt, a great pair of jeans, it`s your favorite pants) these are your foundation items that you can mix and match with other items in your wardrobe and that are easy to start getting dressed with.
Novelty pieces section
that could be things with prints and patterns. they could be (your favorite dress or fitted girly jacket). these are the items that are not so basic but that you will mix and match with those foundation pieces.
Archive section
we are all guilty of wearing the same clothes over and over again. so what I want to encourage you to do is take those clothes out of rotation for an a little while. throw them in a cleaner garment bag at the back of your closet, so if they are taken out of play and is forced to go back into my closet and revisit things that I haven`t worn in a really long time.

and this my favorite tip, When it comes to getting dressed. Get dressed from the bottom up, it will save you a lot of time and a lot of frustration if you start with a great foundation and build your outfit from there. there you go a personalized closet that works great for me and I hope it works well for you, too.
